Procedure

Phase A: Meter water into vessel and begin mixing. Slowly add Dermofeel E PA-12 and mix until fully dispersed. Slowly sift in Dehyquart HP to water and mix until clear and uniform. Heat the batch to 50°C with moderate agitation and care not to incorporate any air. Phase B: Slowly add Pureact WS and Plantapon ACG-HC to the batch and mix until homogeneous and continue heating the batch to 50°C. Phase C: Once the batch has reached 50°C, add Euperlan Green and mix until smooth and homogeneous. Continue with moderate mixing and care not to incorporate any additional air. Start cooling batch. Phase D: Once the batch has reached 40°C slowly add Iselux LQ-CLR with good mixing until batch is uniform. Adjust the pH of the batch to 6.0+/- 0.5 with a 50% citric acid solution and continue to cool the batch to 35°C. Phase E: Slowly add the preservative and the fragrance with good mixing and care not to incorporate any additional air. Phase F: Add Lipex Shea Betaine to the batch with moderate mixing. The batch will thicken upon the addition of the Lipex Shea Betaine. Slowly add Lipex 102 E-75 and adjust the mixing speed accordingly with care not to incorporate any additional air.
